Fees & Charges

Our rates start from £45.00 per hour or part thereof, plus VAT, and where we come to you, this includes our travel time i.e. from Weybridge High Street to you and return.

If you are within 10 miles of Weybridge, we don't charge mileage.

Where mileage is charged, it is at the Inland Revenue rates: http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/rates/travel.htm

There is No call out fee, (except for urgent and outside working hours requests).

When we work on your system in our workshops we only charge for “hands-on” time; this means we don’t charge for time when the PC is loading a program, for example.

Normal Working Hours

Monday - Friday Between 9 am and 5:30 pm

Charges are for labour only and do not include any parts that need supplying, fitting or replacing.

Many workshop services, especially upgrades, are 'fixed fee' and any price quoted, is the price you pay, no extra charges guaranteed. Our fixed fees are based on the time it takes to carry out a given task, assuming that there are no other faults that require attention. We will report any faults found and not make any unspecified repairs, without consulting the customer first.

We will be happy to discuss your computer problems or upgrade requirements.

Hardware Upgrades and Repairs

Typical upgrades include:

  • Supply and Add Memory
  • Additional or Replacement Hard Drives
  • Add a CD Player, CD Writers, DVD Writer
  • Add or Replacement Modem
  • Replacement Graphics Card
  • Replace any damaged components:
    • Fans
    • Power Supply
    • Hard Drives and RAM
    • Floppy Disk Drive and CD Drive
    • Back up data to a CD or DVD

Software & Data

Typical Software problems include:

  • Virus Removal and upgrade Antivirus
  • Spyware Removal and add protection
  • Identify and repair operating system problems
  • Reload all software
  • Upgrade to a new operating system
