Call Out We try to avoid Call Out Charges, as we try to accomodate our clients in the normal working day. Our normal rates start from £45.00 per hour or part thereof, plus VAT, and where we come to you, this includes our travel time i.e. from Weybridge High Street to you and return. Where mileage is charged, it is at the Inland Revenue rates: http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/rates/travel.htm Normal Working HoursMonday to Friday - between 9 am and 5:30 pm Rate - £45.00 ph or part thereof We try to accomodate our clients, so when previously agreed, we reserve the right to charge normal weekday rates outside these hours. Outside Working Hours Between 5:30 pm and Midnight - time and a half Between Midnight and 9 am - double time Weekend Working Saturdays are normally charged at time and a half. Sundays are normally charged at double time. We try to accomodate our clients, so when previously agreed, we reserve the right to charge normal weekday rates at weekends. An additional one off charge is made where a Call Out is required.
